THE "WORKSHOP" TEACHES JOB SKILLS!

Hello: The Blind Center of Nevada in Las Vegas would like to tell you about our "Workshop" for the blind and visually impaired.

Companies in the Las Vegas area provide materials for assembly by the members at the Blind Center, who wish to work. Types of work varies from putting the backs on magnets, labeling containers, packaging velcro, and folding instructional inserts, just to name a few.

The Workshop helps to teach job skills, as well as providing an income for the members.

For more information on becoming a member, or to contact us to fulfill your work order in our Workshop, please call the Blind Center of Nevada at (702) 642-6000, or visit our website listed below.

Please remember, "The world is moved not only by the mighty shoves of the heroes but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker." - Helen Keller
