Hello: At the Blind Center of Nevada in Las Vegas, the members have the opportunity to go shopping each week for food, clothing, and miscellaneous items, assisted by volunteers. For some of the members, this is the only means of transportation to be able to get to a store. Our volunteers assist with locating and purchasing the items, in addition to making sure that the members get to and from the vans safely.
If you have any questions regarding member services or becoming a volunteer, please contact the Blind Center of Nevada at (702) 642-6000, or visit our website listed below.
Please think about this, "I don't want to save the world. I don't even want to change the world. My ambitions aren't nearly that high, although maybe they should be. What I do want to do is make a difference." - James Taylor

FOOD DONATIONS NEEDED!
Hello: The Blind Center of Nevada in Las Vegas serves more than 200 nutritious hot lunches to blind and visually impaired members, who are in need, each week.
For some of the members, the lunch provided is their main meal of the day, as many of the people served live at or below the poverty level and find it very difficult, even close to impossible to pay for and prepare healthy, fresh meals. The lunches are served by volunteers who give their time and energy, always with a friendly smile.
One of our goals is to provide a freshly prepared meal to our blind and visually impaired clients daily at no cost to them. To keep our daily service going, we need your help!
Donations are accepted Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. For more information on donating and/or volunteering, please call the Blind Center of Nevada at (702) 642-6000.
